1. Eligibility for Returns
- Only products that are received in a damaged condition are eligible for return.
- Customers must notify us within 10 days from the date of delivery.
- Products must be returned in their original packaging along with all tags, accessories, and invoices.
2. Replacement Policy
- Customers may request a replacement with another product instead of a return.
- In such cases, the courier/shipping charges for the replacement shall be borne by the customer.
- Replacement requests must also be made within 10 days of delivery.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Products that are not damaged are not eligible for return.
- Items returned without proper packaging, invoice, or beyond the 10-day period will not be accepted.
4. Process for Returns & Replacements

- Provide your order number, product details, and photographs of the damaged product.
- Once verified, our team will arrange for the return or replacement process.
5. Refunds
- Refunds will be processed only after the returned product has been received and inspected.
- Refunds will be made through the original mode of payment within 25 working days.
