• We strive to provide accurate descriptions, images, and details of all lehengas, sarees, and related products.
• Slight variations in color, embroidery, and fabric may occur due to photography lighting and device display settings.
• All products are subject to availability.

3. Orders & Pricing

• Prices displayed at the time of purchase are final and inclusive of applicable taxes (unless stated otherwise).
• Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled after 24 hours.
• Shiv Sati Collection reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of incorrect pricing, stock unavailability, or suspicious activity.

4. Payments

• We accept: Cash, UPI, Net Banking, Credit/Debit Cards, and other standard payment methods.
• All payments must be made in full before delivery or dispatch.

5. Delivery & Shipping

• Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and product availability.
• Any shipping charges (if applicable) will be mentioned at checkout.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Return & Replacement

• Returns are only accepted for damaged products, and the request must be made within 10 days of delivery.
• For replacements, customers may exchange the product with another, provided the courier charges are borne by the customer.
• Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging to qualify for return/replacement.

7. Store Policy

• All sales during discounts, festive offers, and clearance are final and non-returnable.
• Customized or altered outfits cannot be returned or replaced.

8. Intellectual Property

• All product images, descriptions, and designs displayed by Shiv Sati Collection are the intellectual property of the store.
• Any unauthorized use is prohibited.

9. Liability

• Shiv Sati Collection shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our products.
• Customers are responsible for the proper care of delicate fabrics like silk, georgette, chiffon, and embroidered materials.

10. Governing Law

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
• Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Surat, Gujarat.
